As originators we specialize in arranging financing for commercial buildings, commercial lots, farm, timberland, raw land and land development projects.

We originate loans through Individual Investors  and Private Money Investment groups.   Our private money investors loan to value ratios are up to 65% of market value of the property on good commercial property. Loan to value ratios on land are up to 55% of the market value with most lenders only doing 40 to 50%.  Terms for these loans are one to five years. These are equity based loans where credit is not the primary consideration. When your lender says no or is too slow call us about a private money mortgage.
